A strong feature of the work of ENDEC and its counterparts is effective project control to ensure completion on time and within budget. To achieve our client’s goals, we have developed procedures to control cost, time and quality aspects and to coordinate multiple parallel activities and disciplines on any project.
As a multidiscipline group, ENDEC has undertaken projects varying in size and location. ENDEC has the resources and experience to carry out most technical and design work in-house. However, outside consultants or companies are occasionally sourced into a project team, where appropriate, to provide specialized expertise.
FORMATION
ENDEC was formed by a group of creative, experienced and dedicated professional engineers previously employed with the largest Australian and U.S. companies totally committed to providing proven as well as state-of-the art engineering technology.
